The Tripod Three Leg Standing



The three legs of a tripod allow dynamic leg exercise
that easily adapts to any environment or situation.



Place your feet arms length apart, and bend your upper body forward to form a perpendicular triangle. Stretch one hand backwards and outwards, feel your vertebrae move section by section in this process. Bend your knees into a squat, the front hand reaches for the ground to find balance.



As a camera tripod, maintain a good view ahead
as you adjust the position of your hands and legs with ease.


*This exercise involves advanced positions.
For beginners, follow the movement of a regular tripod.
For intermediaries, study the transformer tripod.
