Laptop Open and Closed Arms

Seek for a mindful connection with your machine.



Place your two feet arms length apart, one feet in front of the other,
and place 70 % of your weight onto the back foot
and 30% of your weight on your front foot.

Observe the pivotal point between
your laptop screen and keyboard


Stretch one arm upward and the other straight forward to form 90 degrees.
Practice a series of closing and opening movements with the arms,
as if you are opening and closing the flap of a laptop.
